Returns & Refund

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE:

We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from the Bombay High website within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return and exchange items must be unused and in its original condition along with the tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange :

If you choose to return the item within the specified exchange period, please follow these steps:

To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
Go to ' My orders' - Click on the return button next to the product you want to return.
Select the reason for return from the dropdown.
Confirm if the original tags are intact and proceed with the return.
Once confirmed, you will receive return updates via email on the registered mail id.

If you choose to exchange the item within the specified exchange period, please follow these steps:

To exchange your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
Go to ' My orders' - Click on the exchange button next to the product you want to exchange.
For the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
If you choose to exchange item for any other item of the same or different value. In such case, if exchanged item is of the higher value, differences in amount will be charged to you and if exchanged item is of the lower value, differences in amount will be refunded to you post successful pick up.

REFUNDS:

Once your returned items are received and inspected through our Quality check team, we will notify you with the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed in [5-7] business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [care@bombayhigh.co.in] with your order number and a description of the issue.
We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assess the situation.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will either send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
