Shipping & Cancellation

SHIPPING:

• We offer free shipping for all orders.
• We'll get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. We take extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you within 5-7 business days. 
• Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard and express deliveries.
• Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking Id and link for your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS:

• You can cancel an order when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available on the website.
• To cancel an order, Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your Website and then select the item or order you want to cancel.
• If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the BH Wallet.
